You know it well. Whether it radiates, stabs, aches, or screams at you, lower back pain is a common complaint from my students and my facebook page friends. This pain is stemming from repetitious movement or lack of...meaning how you sit, how you stand, and lack of support from your feet and/abs when doing these things.
Do you wear heels? Cross your legs when you sit? Slouch? Have weak abs?
Let me encourage you: any movement will help this area. Simple cat and cow poses, forward folds, and hip circles will begin to warm up the area and you will notice a lessening in your pain.
